Is it just me, or is deeming something an “unlawful assembly” a loophole they’ve found in the US Constitution? Don’t we either have the right of assembly or we don’t?

So let me get this straight. a) you don't REALLY have any constitutional Right. And, b.)If you do try to exercise something you don't have Law Enforcement will prevent you from doing so. ( I think I need to see a lawyer..nah just pass me a Duff's. )

They are turning our constitution to swiss cheese. Free speech? Dead. Journalistic freedom? Dead. Right to protest? Dead. Right to bear arms-- will be dead soon. Right to leave the country? Only if you get your government mandated injection.
