Is it just me, or is deeming something an “unlawful assembly” a loophole they’ve found in the US Constitution? Don’t we either have the right of assembly or we don’t?

Just remember that if you need a permission slip it’s not a protest, it’s a parade🥳

Do not fan the fires of unruly mobs. You are an intelligent woman, think, do not push an agenda on twisted comments.

That's an interesting point ... The whole idea of an ... Unlawful Assembly ... should be Unconstitutional

It's usually perception or how a situation is interpreted: if it's for social justice or criticism, it's a public disturbance or anti-government; if it's to defend white privilege or supremacy, then it's a free speech issue.

Marianne, both sides of govt. deliberately leave certain rules & laws, new legislation definitions deliberately vague in very strategic sections like for instance not defining terms like 'terrorist', this despite Supreme Court rulings saying the Obama Admin must do so.

that's curious. is that the same conviction you had when it came to banning families from gathering together for the holidays during COVID? was COVID a loophole? I mean we have the right to assemble or we don't right?
