I know people are going to laugh at me about this but it always strikes me how these birds never look in the mirror so they actually have no idea what they look like.

Westerners are very “self conscious” which leads to comparisons, competion , judgment of others, arrogance and shame. I saw much less of this in the faces of people when I visited India. It was strikingly beautiful.
