What we spend in infrastructure and on those who are the most in need, we get back many times over back into our economy. What we spend on the military (at least by the greatest percentage margin) is a net loss.

A Govt who doesn't in invest in peace, isn't considering it an option. These are very scary times. With 133 underground tunnel systems in the US we know who will suffer world war 3 once again. Its not gonna be the elite or they would be crushing this kind of tension.
