So what you’re saying is don’t defund the police. While I agree they should have more training using Finland and Norway are bad example when their entire population is approximately 10 million. Culturally they are all quite different too.
how much training does it take to not shoot a child with their hands up? I would say zero. Perhaps the amount of training is not the problem. Spread the word.
