So we need to increase funding for better training, higher qualification standards, not less.

Not a fair comparison, given population densities and culture. No need 2 insult those with a HS diploma either.Lots of people don’t give their money 2 expensive colleges & can still maintain a conversation& have the proper mindset. Training is what’s missing for our officers.

In the US: and those are the ones we know of!
