The fact that anybody in the US political system has to engage and surrender any amount of time and energy to engage with the insane walking distraction that is Marjorie Taylor Green is a shame. AOC would throttle MTG in debating policy and politics, but she shouldn’t have to.

Isn't Greene's debate desire being mis-framed? Isn't the underlying question she's hoping to debate really whether human-created climate change is a reality? Hasn't that been settled already?...making the question whether investment in lowering carbon emissions a moot point?

This isn't a debate that should ever take place. The Green New Deal is objectively good. Marjorie Taylor thinks a Jewish Space Laser starts wildfires. She isn't in our league.
