US removing 2500 troops is announced the same week as a $713B defense budget & $23B arms sale to UAE. “Create this shiny thing over here so they won’t look over there!” Troops in Afghanistan is a symptom; deeper cause is a perpetual war machine to which both parties are beholden

1/2 Yes + problem is beyond $. Our people must start caring for other peoples’ rights too and say: “No more war, destruction and killing in my name” especially if we're those who’re infringing on freedom of others. It's moral issue, human rights and legal issue. Enough is enough.

As the Newsweek article points out, for every soldier stationed in Afghanistan there are around 6 mercenaries, who won't be leaving. The official deployment may be ending but certainly not the US presence/occupation/war.

it's crazy that the media got to make fun of Marianne Williamson for being too spiritual but everytime a politician references god or the bible we have to take it seriously and it's seen as good strategy

Who heard about the 7 thousand black African male penises that were seized from customs for the black market organ trafficking. If it was 7 thousand Jewish you would have heard about it. Sick people out there

American addiction to violence and war is systemic in both its history and culture. We love to kill and encourage others to kill too.
