Biden wants to raise the corporate tax rate from 21 to 28% but Manchin won’t go beyond 25%. Giving a low corporate tax rate to multi-billion dollar industries that pay their workers survival wages & their CEOs tens of millions of dollars a year is not competitive, it’s immoral

btw, you forgot 2 mention that corporate tax rate was 35%, so both suck, Republican Manchin as well as Corporate Butler Biden...& many corporations do not pay taxes at all, bc of loopholes..the tax rate could be 100%, it wouldn´t matter...

I feel Biden can make him vote on 28 percent.

Everybody got the 2020 president election results all wrong. It's wasn't Biden or Trump. We elected President Manchin!

The policy should be to apply a crippling tax on corporations that pollute and/or exploit their workforce with subsistence wages and/or unfair labor practices. Use the tax code to drive desirable behavior, not to raise money(because public finance doesn't work like that) #MMT

Why is it okay for European liberal bastions to have a corporate tax rate in the teens?

I’m a one man corporation, I don’t even make millions and you are lumping me in with them!

Did you ever take a class in economics? Any corporate tax increases are simply passed on to consumers leading to higher inflation!

70 Percent or Higher through the entire administrations of presidents Franklin Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, and Carter. Guess which celebrity actor who had no experience in political office changed all that?
