Biden wants to raise the corporate tax rate from 21 to 28% but Manchin won’t go beyond 25%. Giving a low corporate tax rate to multi-billion dollar industries that pay their workers survival wages & their CEOs tens of millions of dollars a year is not competitive, it’s immoral

Shouldn’t we worry about raising the minimum wage before worrying about increasing tax laws that the targeted corporations are going to dodge anyways?

No. We should do both.

Manchin is looking out for people. Who actually pays those taxes? Not the CEO’s. The increased costs are filtered down to the consumers. Go after the CEO’s. It’s not rocket science.

Arguing the percentage is dumb. If Amazon "makes nothing" they will pay no tax regardless. Make them pay a percentage of their revenue. That is actually a fair way to do business!

We the People can't afford the increased prices those same corporations would charge to pay for the increase. How do you seriously not see this? Not a good time to be raising ANY taxes. People need jobs and lower prices now more than ever before.
