Basic economics/market forces and operating margins dictate wages of positions for hospitals and businesses. **Unless they operate in perpetual debt —and how long do those businesses last?
Please run for your local hospital board. These sound like terrific ideas. Bring a bullhorn, they might not hear you right. Local chamber of commerce meetings may also be fruitful.

Harmful to states where cost of living is not high like it is in #NYC. Besides minimum wage (if we need one) should for ENTRY level work - not a living wage. Every time min wage increase, more teens don’t get hired - esp minorities.
