Today, the Japanese government decided to dump over 1.23 million tons of Fukushima radioactive waste water stored into the Pacific Ocean. This decision completely disregards the human rights and interests of the people in Fukushima, wider Japan, and the Asia-Pacific region. [1/3]

We thank Japan for its transparent efforts in its decision to dispose of the treated water from the Fukushima Daiichi site. We look forward to the Government of Japan's continued coordination with the @iaeaorg.

omg - cause water always stays exactly where you put it right? No? Then perhaps this is less than responsible...I want to believe that we can still heal a lot of the damage we've done - but they have to stop making it worse! 🙏🙏🙏
