It will take a decade at least for police force to clean itself off the bad elements in the force. It's wide spread and daily issue. Racism is strong in people in uniform.

The reason this continues to happen without justification or accountability is because we all get the same life-lessons about how to treat Black people in this country. Folks with the lowest stature of the White caste is deemed more valuable than even the greatest of Black lives
