In the Great Depression towns would put up signs by the railroad stops telling the homeless to move on. They were not wanted there. People who fed the homeless were told to stop so they wouldn't stay. Sounds like Stine wants to make his homeless citizens someone else's problem.

This is so evil! If we follow the money, I bet we find he stand to profit in some way from this. Because why now? There may soon be a big increase in homelessness. Are the homeless being harvested for their covid19 money and prison profits?
