Problematic Real estate! Properties are under contract in days with 10-20 offers & sell for 20-50% above asking price. Sellers want no contingencies & Investors have cash. American families can’t compete, so end up renting until landlord’s rent gets to high. #Homeless #housing

This is about trying to kick people out of a community. Using legislation and rules to dehumanize and control is one of the first steps in a fascist state.
