It would be more humane to euthanize them, you know, like we do with cats and dogs. We don’t let them starve to death.

God forbid these folks miss the endless follow up court dates, it’s a way to turn non felonious activities into felonies through the warrant system. There’s no one solution but public restrooms and tons of drug rehab where you can actually start over after seem the only course.

In our society? Prison, i.e. practically-free labor. Thought that part of our dystopia was fairly obvious by now.
