As long as short term corporate profits take precedence over the health and well-being of people & planet, the best we can do is manage America’s decline...just making it slower & more prolonged. We need a fundamental pattern disruption, a coalition of conscience & consciousness.
Most don't even understand what that word means; if it means workers own the means of production but profit is still involved, than that is still Capitalism!
Profit has to be removed from the equation, otherwise, nothing changes.
Let's make it easier for workers cooperatives. Make it law employees get a vote on the board, participate in company profits. Make Uber's company structure illegal, etc. Many small moves with big consequences.
