The people who planned and executed the family separation policy should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Child abuse and kidnapping are crimes, no less criminal when sponsored by the state.

Policy that results in children being dropped over fences or stranded in the desert should be viewed the same way then? Open immigration with no plan for the resulting influx should be criminal as well. These people are being used by both parties and corporations.
