No greater immorality than for a profit-based health care system to require that people die rather than upset their economic model.
Daily reminder that in almost every country on Earth, insulin is free to diabetic patients bc we die without it. In the United States, insulin is priced around $10,000 a year and the price increases annually. Can’t afford it? You’re left to die, quickly and painfully.

I live in Scotland.. If I had been born in the USA but with the same genetic make up and psychology I honestly don't think I'd have survived past my twenties I simply couldn't have afforded the medical support I've had in my life
