One of the first things Trump did as president was to pass an executive order saying that for every regulation in any agency there had to be two corresponding deregulations. One of the first things Biden did was to repeal that executive order. Thank God.

No. Your thinking is flawed. Trump’s deregulation plan was very positively received. People need common sense regulations. However big government and oppressive regulations are very negative for any organization.
