All Americans could have clean food & drinking water. We could be proper stewards of animals & earth. We could fight strongly climate change & run on clean energy. We could cancel college loan debt & truly stand for peace & democracy in the world. We could...but we choose not to.

100% spot. It’s about choices! Always has been and always will be in life.
“Could” as in it is possible. But is that even remotely likely? Not at all. The system as a whole is based on the opposite of that. To “choose” what you say would most likely equal abandoning civilization as we know it & very few are lining up to sign up for that.

This clean water issue is not a thing in the “richest country in the world”. More like a “third world country”, as most in this country would say

Who is this " we" you speak of? The majority of people certainly want those things. It's the white multi millionaires and billionaires and their brain washed worshipers that don't want that.

We could...but everybody has to put in. That includes lazy millennial liberals who don’t give anything to the common good.

I don’t agree with roping in cancellation of student debt with the rest of those undeniably good things. You’re entirely overlooking the costs of those actions.
