The root cause of most of our country’s problems lies in the abuse and neglect of children, but not just abuse and neglect on the part of individuals. Rather, the systemic abuse and neglect by a society that does not make paramount the fulfillment of their social & cultural needs

Society’s primary role for children is to incentivize two parent homes and allow them to be born. After that, is is parents exclusively who should determine what aspects of society they want to take advantage of in their child rearing

More individuals. Single parent households are mountains of stress. I grew up in one. It's more complicated than the broad brush of "systematic" something something and neglect all the way down. Stop the signaling.

Certainly a root key cause, not considered enough! Healing is key, Support essential for survivors. So many men/women in prison, addiction, perpetuation of abuse @bigvoice youtube.com/Wx-JqBdwdAA?list=PL…

The root cause of most of your country's problems lies in its worship of money as the measure of success, popularity and validation. All else stems from that.

Agreed. Which is why I think we’re missing the mark on priorities for some of our policies. UBI for children should come before adults. Free childcare starting at birth and universal free meals in public schools before free college. I know we want all of it, but children first.
