Many corporations are granted tax breaks if they buy new equipment. That means jobs. Besides, all Corporate taxes are passed down to the end consumer. What, do you think they're going to absorb those taxes? No, it's raising our taxes.

Its really sad that there are so many loopholes for companys and the rich people so they can get around paying there fair share of taxes. the tax laws need to be changed, let the rich people and companys pay taxes like us poor people have to do.
