The economy isn't a conscious being you can manipulate with crystals and incense. It's a product of the people that is complex and difficult to understand and nearly impossible to engineer.

People are the economy and the economy is the people. One creates the other. What you put in is what you should get out. Government is supposed to serve the people not the other way around.
