Say you decided to start paying those who live in poverty in the US (bottom 11%) $1400/month. That's $50 billion/month. $600 billion/year. The more cash that's out in the world, the less that it's worth (inflation). So, not only would you be causing a significant amount of

A nice round figure, like the original, enthusiastically promised and then inexplicably shrunk $2000, would be even better. But the "monthly" idea goes a way toward relieving the extreme income disparity that cripples this nation. (And the 1% don't need any more handouts.)

You know what would help? Ending lockdowns 4 a virus with a 99.9% chance of survival with therapeutics that work (Ivermectin Vit D/C/Zinc). Having the gov't promote health instead of donuts. Obesity was a factor in 80% of deaths. Children are suffering from lockdowns.
