I get that Amazon is a monopolistic power, but honest question. How is it exploitative and mendacious?

No that’s not what she’s doing. She’s working to make sure your gigantic monopolistic power, so seemingly more exploitative and mendacious every single day, is finally repudiated for the sake of our democracy. #ThankYouElizabeth

I share the concern of those who worry about Amazon's ability to censor what we can read; however, I used to spend whole days scouring bookstores for interesting books and still didn't get 1% of the choice I get from Amazon. I'd miss Amazon if it was gone.

Jeff Bezos could be a model of corporate ethics and responsibility if he wanted to be. But he chooses not to be. The company is monopolistic, anti-union and exploitative of its workers, while Bezos himself has $180B.
