IDPs have been displaced for the third time, some for the 4th time, by Houthi shelling by on IDPs in al-Mail,Khair,and Tawasel camps western #Marib last night. They fled from death to the desert, where is neither water nor shelter. #HouthisTargetIDPsCamps
