Really really bad.
Effectively Florida just made it illegal to peacefully protest. Police and agitators can now cause violence or skirmishes, and arrest everyone at the location for “rioting”. They also prevent protesting at “historical places” (ie, capitol grounds/monuments)

You mean it’s a really, really bad take?

Its not really surprising when agents provocateur have been running around committing crimes in a desperate attempt to vilify the BLM movement.

So maybe the Fl reps who came up with this should receive visits from alligators.

Unconstitutional. We have the right to assembly.

Wow! So wrong. It’s clearly unconstitutional. But the good news is, someone will eventually challenge it and “hopefully” the Supreme Court will deem it unconstitutional and will overturn the law.

This law is a @&$#. No bail if arrested until first appearance. Cities can't decrease law enforcement expenditures in their own budgets. Felony for walking in the road. A car in the road could kill 100 people and face no charges by just claiming they were trying to escape "mob."
