The drug addicts fuel the demand. They obviously think that the Mexican meth is cheaper, more available, and of better quality. People probably can't even get US meth anymore because the DEA raids every "homegrown" meth lab that wants to set up shop. Legalize everything.

The one dubious benefit to this is that the purer methamphetamine on the streets now causes fewer health problems and has fewer adulterants than that of 20 years ago. Dont get me wrong. Its still meth. But not as detrimental for those who use it.
