America is no longer a democracy. We are beyond the point where our problems can be solved by electoral politics. Collective action is the only way forward. Directing everyone to electoral politics for salvation is leading them to a graveyard. There is no salvation there.

I notice when I post about a problem it gets attention. But when I post about candidates who would fix the problem, not so much. And that's a problem. Electoral politics isn't everything but it can't be left out of the equation if we really want to solve the problems of the world

We're in the unfortunate position where lots of folks think the best course is to beg the winning team to stop winning, when they've worked assiduously for 40 yrs to get here. They control the machine. They're in the final stretch. They won't willingly leave the halls of power.
