I notice when I post about a problem it gets attention. But when I post about candidates who would fix the problem, not so much. And that's a problem. Electoral politics isn't everything but it can't be left out of the equation if we really want to solve the problems of the world

The two year election cycle is exhausting for the candidates and the voters, it’s one of the things in life you have to be passionate about, or you ignore it all together. The USA voters need to find their passion #Vote2022

Let’s make some noise and donate to these amazing candidates. Shout their names from the rooftop if you must!

A #GeneralStrike *IS* the single greatest weapon the proletariat has. Legislators on both sides of the aisle will bend to whatever demand we make. We have to move past electoral politics - at least in the short term. It’s simply not working. AOC/Squad is a clear example of this!

Just goes to show we want to be right about problems, not to solve them.

I have noticed that a lot of great folks have given up trying to differentiate the good ones from the bad ones; often assuming they’re all bad or the system is too corrupt to change. We have to continue making the case to people that they need to be involved. ✊

As a voter, I understand the distrust of candidates - so many who ran as progressives burned us. As a candidate taking on the establishment, we now have to work twice as hard to earn their trust. We have to be bold & consistent, ppl will eventually see we’re fighting for them.

Many of us are sick and tired of both parties screwing us. We see that the Dems end up de-fanging Democratic candidates once they get into office and they become immersed in the DC swamp. So no, we don't see hope in people who run as Dems like we used to. We've been burned.

I’m from Guatemala so that’s why. I’d love if you could evaluate candidates from here tho. Tons of love Marianne! You are amazing.
