I notice when I post about a problem it gets attention. But when I post about candidates who would fix the problem, not so much. And that's a problem. Electoral politics isn't everything but it can't be left out of the equation if we really want to solve the problems of the world

Problem is people don't actually hold politicians accountable. Politicians get elected for saying they will represent working ppl -> becomes popular among a wider audience -> they stop fighting as hard -> then when you point this out ppl say ''but dem x is the real problem!''

Maybe people get tired of waiting and voting for a good candidate like Bernie who Trump says is the happiest loser he has ever seen. He is the happiest loser I have ever seen. Voted for him twice and what do we end up with? The bloodhound, that’s who. SMDH

Yes. What we focus on expands. What if there are no problems? What if life just happens and then we react to it consciously or unconsciously?

A rigged system that allows only the corrupt to win tends to have this effect.

Presenting a candidate isn’t dimensional - for instance I agree with many candidates on health care for all, the same candidate may also be for restricted gun rights and supports bad tax policy, so my choice is give up some rights for others? No spank you

Show me a politician who won’t lie to me that the issues I’m angry about they are fighting for and I’ll be less apathetic. We know we have problems, the issue is no one in politics is fighting to change anything but they sure as hell like to tweet like they are solving all of it.
