America is in decline & has been for a long time. Trump led us from decline to death spiral. Biden stopping the direct vertical descent- but it will take every ounce of energy any of us can spend for the rest of our lives to counter the weight of our national karma & ascend again

Decline in what way? Moral? If so, I would argue the opposite is true. I feel like America has come a long way in dealing with its sins. But we are not there yet. But we will get there.
