Some states have obviously gone way to far ... the ability to legally carry an AR-15 out in the open through our city streets is insane!

Shouldn’t neoconservative Federalist Society “originalist” judges be willing to limit magazine size since the men writing the constitution only knew of muzzle loading single shot per barrel black powder long guns? Need more rounds to hit something buy a shotgun?

Also, “the right to bear arms” does not mean “the right to take the life of unarmed civilians”. Own your gun; keep your gun at home for protection; register your long gun for hunting (if you must); obtain a license of training, like driving.

I'd agree with you if you could A. Define "assault weapons" and B. Tell me what feature of tell me what feature of assault weapons make them more dangerous than a modern hunting rifle.

It protects the right to own a gun as part of a militia. We don’t have a militia, the closest thing we have is the National Guard.

It protects the right of a MILITIA to own a gun technically
