The situation at the border is a humanitarian crisis. Where are people screaming about "kids in cages?" And it was caused by Biden reversing the policies that were working. Now they won't admit it and we have 1000s of migrants flooding into our country, 6% with Covid.

This has, again, to do with waging peace. Any specific suggestions, other than throwing money at it? I am serious. Putting some flesh on the bones of peace waging would increase the odds of actually getting it enacted.
