It's not "negative" to point out that the hour is too late for incremental measures. The Covid Relief bill was an immediate rescue plan, but nothing close to structural transformation. Without fundamental reform the rage that produced Trump will not be quelled & it will reemerge.

Yes I was reasonably confident this would be the trajectory as soon as Bernie conceded. Actually i gave it 50/50 that or a trump win amd a status quo continuation. I was not as confident as you which of those would be worse in the long run. Apples and oranges and all that.
