This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. People get government jobs who supported bombing hundreds of thousands of innocent people, but they get fired for having smoked marijuana.

It sounds more like following the law as it’s written, maybe theatrically so to bring about a federal change. Instead of making up new laws under the pretense of “action,” perhaps congress can get to work on repealing unjust laws.
