This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. People get government jobs who supported bombing hundreds of thousands of innocent people, but they get fired for having smoked marijuana.

It’s still considered a Federal crime. Until that changes, Biden was following the letter of the law. We can work to change it, but it doesn’t alleviate the situation he’s in now.

Ever tried to get a Security Clearance? That is where the issues come up. Excessive use, or lying about it in any amount will bounce you out. Same for alcohol. Political considerations don't apply to the actual worker bees. By the rules for them Queen bees and drones skip it.
