That same organization could also ensure reasonable access to after school programs (for all ages) in every state. Think about what that could do for kids (sponsored sports / social activities)...... For working class families (after school care).... And for crime...

think of the works program they could create, training and employing people who really want to help. out of work nannies, coaches, lpns, etc. too. Pay them a LOT.
