I’m thinking of Asian children just old enough to understand what’s going on and asking their parents tonight “Are we going to be OK?” May a blanket of blessing and protection surround them all.

When I was 16, a young man named Vincent Chin was chased and killed by two white men in Detroit during the 80s auto crisis. They thought he was Japanese (he was Chinese American) and blamed him for stealing jobs. Thanks for standing with us and sharing. #strongertogether
