Just as a human being conceives, is pregnant, goes into labor & gives birth, so does a civilization. Our highest mission now is to conceive new possibilities for the human race - no war or poverty, healed earth etc - our imagination the womb from which will emerge a better world.

No. An individual giving birth has a single set if priorities. This is not so with a civilization, made up if a multitude, each with their own priorities. No individual or group is justified in using force to impose their view of a "better world" on others. That way lies tyranny.
