So, why don't any of these "phases" apply to Wall Street or the MIC? For as long as I can remember both have sucked up Trillion without pause. Moderation only seems to apply to social programs.

I guess I skipped the middle aged part, because, when I was 39, vulture capitalists invaded my industry, broke every rule that cities use to regulate it, and replaced my middle income job with ones that pay less than minimum wage. Before that I wasn't exactly a fan of capitalism,
