When we're not allowed to seriously consider a 3 percent wealth tax on billionaires, yet cannot raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour, the American people have a problem. Their needs are not being ignored; they are being assaulted. newsweek.com/united-states-o…

Absolutely 💯Why are the working class handing over taxes to a government system that gives more favors to elite donors & rich corporations than the working class who not only offer the most time & energy, yet are ignored the most? We deserve a living wage & quality of life!
A sad reflection on the values of our law makers.
Time to stop big money in politics. They're buying up our American dream.

It’s as if both major parties have been corporate-captured and don’t work for us. 🤔

It's a sad day to think that the entire country is so lacking in compassion that the almighty dollar would be the deciding factor in the should we or should we not mind set. Not right that they would only look to be held accountable to pay their fair share in the heat of things.
Problem with wealth tax is it's likely unconstitutional and would absolutely be ruled unconstitutional by this SCOTUS. It's simply not a realistic option to waste time on unless you think you can pass a constitutional amendment. As far as minimum wage it should be higher than 15

One party just negotiated against itself right of Donald Trump for helping people, and just like Putin does for his friends. Zero Republican votes and the bill still passed.

Most people don’t want to be millionaires or billionaires \not a good look these days/ they just want to have a family and a decent quality of life. I guess elites can’t grasp that or just don’t care since they clearly think everyone wants what they have. Money trumping Love 🤔❤️
So you want to tax money that’s already been taxed ??? What will the Dumbos think of next
