@ewarren’s been saying this since the primary. Normal working people think two cents = two pennies. They don’t understand when you talk about “just a two cent tax increase on the wealthiest Americans.” Only rich people talk that way.

Meanwhile people with low incomes and those who collected unemployment have to pay taxes on that limited income at the expense of their and their families wellbeing. #Poverty #unemployment #TaxSeason

How about 100% wealth tax on every dollar over $40 million?

That’s the bold communist vision we need.

This sounds good, but, it hasn’t worked elsewhere. Most European countries who implemented this have gotten rid of it.

This type of proposal suggests you have zero understanding of how wealth and economics work.

I think we can afford a wealth tax.
