There are many good people who work in government. The problem is that the system is structured in such away that our compassionate nature is not given primacy in public decision-making, corporate profits always winning out over the wisdom of the heart. We need a quantum change.

Your analysis of the problem is obviously correct, however it must be remembered that never in the history of civilization has a gov't's compassionate nature been the overriding basis for decision-making. Except, possibly, within indigenous people's governing constitutions.

People make the system. This idea of good and bad people is wrong - people aren’t good and bad, their choices can be. Quantum change happens when people start taking 100% responsibility for THEIR part.
