There are many good people who work in government. The problem is that the system is structured in such away that our compassionate nature is not given primacy in public decision-making, corporate profits always winning out over the wisdom of the heart. We need a quantum change.

Governance is delivered with the Agent Dominance concept. In other words the Organisation first as the Parent. So the recognised relationship between Governance and those governed is Parent & Child. That must first be broken to reform the nature of pubic services

So how is it the bad people can wield all the power and the “good” people pretend to be shocked and appalled.They’re pissing on our heads and telling us it’s raining. They are complicit and at best only serve their own self interest. Clearly not enough good people is the problem

You don’t work in government anymore, You work in a corporatocracy now. We need a complete dismantling of the current system, and a rebuild from the bottom up before we can expect any sort of meaningful change.
