Pass National Health Insurance. Taiwan 🇹🇼 has done it since 1995. No it doesn't cost more and in fact costs less and no quality does not go down. It all depends how it is managed. We spend 8% of our GDP. USA spends 20% for a unffordable system that puts burden on small business.

We can't decide. The rich and powerful do that. They stop us from voting, they make it so hard to survive we are too broke and tired to vote and never get real help so we think voting doesn't matter anymore. We have to win elections & control boardrooms to be able to decide.
