JD:It means that it won’t be brought up for a vote because the leverage that she had to make sure that it was brought up for a vote was never used. So if they had used their leverage & secured a vote on this then that would be exciting,but since they didn’t it’s a huge let down

She doesn’t need to “build support”. She needs to get some courage and start standing up to them. They have MORE than enough support and they know it.
