How long are we supposed to wait until the goal is 100% rather than 50% reduction in child poverty? How long are we supposed to wait before an American president will do more for healthcare than just what the health insurance companies will tell him he’s allowed to do? How long?

Does anyone know if the child allowance will effect benefits? If a families income is low enough to qualify and then they receive the allowance does it count toward annual income and would it cause a family to no longer qualify for benefits because they now make to much?
