How long are we supposed to wait until the goal is 100% rather than 50% reduction in child poverty? How long are we supposed to wait before an American president will do more for healthcare than just what the health insurance companies will tell him he’s allowed to do? How long?

A good beginning would be for individuals to set their priorities straight concentrate on United States children and healthcare rather than those of children and parents/individuals coming into our country illegally.

It'll never happen....until we start to flex. One of the easiest ways to do so is to #MoveYourMoney from big banks like Wells Fargo and BoA into local banks and credit unions. Not only will you get treated better, you'll stop the big guys from profiting off of you.

"Health"care companies that put profit ahead of health. Example: IVERMECTIN that would stop pandemic today.
Dr John Campbell MD (huge DailyKos following) interviewed researcher Dr Tess Lawrie MD on her meta-review of Ivermectin studies. One conclusion: Very Safe. Ivermectin, over 40 years, billions doses, mere 16 deaths. By contrast Remdesivir in 1 year already has 417 deaths reported

Hopefully not long. If we can make the recurring family assistance permanent, we will see more kids lifted out of poverty, and more importantly - very few falling into poverty bc their family's economic floor is reliable.
